NYC based artist A COLOR GREEN is back with MUTE – a new short film featuring an underground Danish star in Albert Bendix (Co-Founder of the Scandinavian American Theatre Company) as a tongue-chopping psycho chasing three kids in the depths of the woods! Green’s grisly, short psychological thriller is lined with odes of Nordic Horror and B-Movie mania taking on just as unconventional of a release strategy as it’s subject – going straight-to-VHS after a loaded festival tour this Fall at the Brooklyn Horror Film Festival, La Mano Fest, San Sebastian Horror, Morbido Fest and more!
Here’s a glimpse of the Limited Edition MUTE VHS, produced in house at A COLOR GREEN with support from Trash Pile Collectibles and BK based designer & street artist Wienerboy: acolorgreen.com/vhs
The VHS will be one of your only chances to see MUTE this year outside of the festival circuit and promises 5 minutes of bloody, edge-of-your-seat action in addition to amazing artwork, a Limited Edition MUTE poster and some extra special and secret additions as well!
