Many people may look to haunted houses for the frightfully good time. However, some are left wondering if a few ‘haunted houses’ are taking it too far. McKarney Manor, which is billed as on of the bost extreme haunted houses in the United States, has a waiting list of over 18,000 people who are hoping to have a chacne of entering what is best described as ‘living a horror movie’.
McKarney Manor has been featured on Travel Channel’s Making Monsters and Halloween’s Craziest due to its unconventional nature. All participants must be 21 years of age or older to enter the manor, and they must sign a waiver releasing McKamey Manor from all liability. Participants are screened physically and mentally before they enter the attraction but many of the tours are cut short due to medical reasons.
The MacKamey Manor haunted house experience lasts around 4 hours for each participant and they must do it alone or with one other person. The experience is described as both mentally and physically exhausting.
The cost? Designer Russ McKamey charges an entrance fee of four cans or one bag of dog food that will be donated to Operation Greyhound. Check out the video below!
What do you think? Would you enter the McKamey Manor?
